I can't even begin to explain how amazing Cindi has been throughout my home buying experience. After hitting some bumps along the way with a different mortgage company, Cindi immediately put me at ease on a personal front, and immediately got to work getting my mortgage together. She even said that she was confident she could close on the existing date, despite a greatly condensed schedule. At this point in the home buying process, I was fairly pessimistic and was thinking some kind of miracle would be needed to save my earnest money, let alone the house that I so desperately wanted to own. Well beyond simply getting the paperwork together and taking care of the nuts and bolts of a mortgage, Cindi gave me more than one pep talk, and was always available when I had questions, despite the fact that I know she was very busy and her schedule was full. As the days progressed, my optimism increased every time I spoke with Cindi, or received an email or text from her. She genuinely was making me happier and happier with each passing day and each passing milestone. In the end, Cindi and her team were able to put together my mortgage in half the time that it would normally take. Every step was easy and clear, and when I finally signed the papers and received my key, I couldn't believe it was actually real. But I should have, because during the previous few weeks with Cindi, she kept telling me that everything looked good and we were going to make it happen. My only disappointment is that I don't have any friends or colleagues looking to buy a house right now, because I want to tell people about TeamCindi, and that they could not find a better person to help them through the home buying and mortgage process. I will recommend Cindi and her team every chance I get. Easily my best banking/money transaction ever! Thank you Cindi!

When something was vital to the process you guys were on top of it and communicated quickly. I will say when I had questions that you guys new weren't an issue but I as a first time home buyer didn't know weren't a problem. Those were not quickly answered. Overall you guys were great.
